My name is Chris and I'm a Dramatherapist and Holistic Confidence Coach based in London.

Abiba Space is named after my grandmother, one of my greatest heroes, and a quiet but powerful influence on everything I do.

Abiba is an Arabic name meaning "the beloved one", the dearly loved. When I started this journey, I knew I wanted that meaning to sit at the heart of it. Whatever brings someone through the door, I want them to feel exactly that: beloved, held, and genuinely supported.
